Instructions

Note: This form uses JavaScript to check your entries for accuracy.
If your browser does not support JavaScript, you can not edit your email user accounts remotely. Contact Autograph Systems to have your changes made.

Create a New User:
  1. Specify your Autograph Systems Customer ID, your access password, and the mail domain ('domain.com') you want to edit.
  2. Select "New User" from the "Action" popup menu.
  3. Enter the user name (the account portion of 'account@yourdomain.com').
  4. Enter the account password in the "New Password" and "Confirm Password" fields.
  5. Enter user's real name in the "Real Name" field.
  6. Specify whether you want the forwarding option set to retrieve mail directly from the server or forwarded to another account.
  7. If you choose the forwarding option, enter the email address you want the mail forwarded to in the "Email Forwarding Address" field. If you want mail forwarded to multiple email addresses, put a comma but no space between the addresses. (e.g: name@domain.com,name2@dom2.com)
  8. If you want to limit the amount of email that a mailbox can accumulate before "mailbox full" errors are returned to the sender, enter it here.
  9. If you want to try to use Secure Authentication, check the box. Note: this is one of those "non standard standards" so if it doesn't work for you, just turn it off. Autograph Systems can't help you troubleshoot email connections if you have this turned on. For more information on authorization, see the Eudora Internet Mail Server web site.
  10. Submit the form.
